Serving Framingham, Ma
My Name is Brian Caissie.

I've been painting parking areas since 2000.

I understand that a parking lot is one of the first things noticed by customers,
clients, and visitors entering a facility.

The color contrast of a newly striped lot looks great and  indicates that the property owner
takes care of their property.

I  work alone to help keep cost down.

I am fully insured and can provide you with an insurance certificate if you need to be additionally insured.

I can either re-stripe your existing layout, layout a freshly paved or sealcoated lot according to your plans, or help you make the most of your space.

I use Graco Airless Line Stripers, and I only apply Franklin Paint's Hydrofast, it's an environmentally friendly acrylic water-borne paint.

The optimal temperature for this paint to adhere should be 50 Fahrenheit and rising.

This premimum paint dries in about ten minutes, but traffic should be kept off a newly striped lot for at least one hour.
In some cases where an occupancy permit is needed in the winter, I will slowly heat the ground to 80 with a torch to promote adhesion.

Customers often ask how long the paint will last.

This is a question that has no definite answer.
If no one ever drove over or turned their wheels on this paint it would last forever.
It all depends how much traffic is applied.

If you drive through a downtown area of a city or town and look at the crosswalks,
you'll notice that where the traffic turns, the paint is almost always worn to bare pavement, while areas that don't get turned on look new.

I apply paint @ 17mils thickness, which is industry standard.

I have done some testing on various materials, and it's extremely challanging to remove Franklin's paint from any surface when dry.

Don't hesitate to call or email me with any questions you may have.

Thanks for considering me for your striping needs.
